Steren's Fast Media™ bulk cable is manufactured to advanced Category-6A standards. CAT6A is proving to be a cost-effective solution for current and emerging applications as it supports higher bandwidth. Allowing 10Gbps over 4-pair copper, the cable is excellent for data communications system up to 500MHz and up to 100 meters when transmitting 10Gbps. Twisted pairs are easily identifiable by color. CAT6A wires have a longitudinal separator, this separator insulates each of the four wire pairs from crosstalk with the other twisted pairs. By eliminating the noise from other twisted pairs, a much cleaner electrical signal can reach its destination. CAT6A now features a reduced diameter and enhanced performance. The cable is 100% tested and features excellent attenuation and crosstalk characteristics.
